1. Are your paintings hand painted?
All of my paintings are 100% hand-made, original and unique pieces of art.
2. What are your paintings made of?
- All my paintings are made of acrylic paint (very rarely and only on order tempera - water color).
- I use non-toxic acrylic paint and high grade canvas.
- The end result are paintings that tolerate increased humidity, are free from odor and do not fade over time.
3. Can I get a custom painting size?
Yes this is possible. I paint paintings on order too so I am able to modify the size as you wish. Please order a painting from me on page INDIVIDUAL IMAGE RENDERING so we can discuss it and get the best price for you.
4. Where are you located?
My Artist Studio (HQ) is in Fertőszentmiklós (near Sopron, Hungary)
5. Will I receive my ordered painting with your original signature?
Yes, I personally sign all my paintings.
6. Can your paintings be stretched and framed? How?
- Yes. Since all painting reproductions are shipped as rolled canvas (or poster), you can take the painting to a local framer who will stretch and frame it to your own taste.
- Original paintings are shipped stretched on wooden blank frames. These paintings do not require framing and are ready to hang.
7. How do I pay for my painting?
At checkout, you can choose how you want to pay (e.g. by debit card, credit card or Paypal).
8. In which currency can I pay?
For the sake of simplicity and clarity in international sales, payment is always made in US dollars ($). (For other currencies, the current mid-rate exchange rate is used.)
9. Do you take cash on delivery?
No, unfortunately this is not possible in order to ensure free shipping.
10. Can I pay through PayPal?
Yes, you can pay via PayPal. Please select PayPal as your payment method when checking out.
11. Where to apply my discount code?
You can apply your discount code at checkout. If your discount code cannot be applied, please contact us at registration@labergerart.com and we will refund the discount amount.
12. Do I have to pay extra for shipping?
No, we do not add shipping costs to the price of the painting when you purchase from us. The price shown on the painting is the same as the price you pay at checkout; no additional shipping costs or payment fees will be charged.
13. How long does shipping take?
Orders take approximately 7 business days to process and ship.
Shipping times:
USA - Canada - Australia - New Zealand: 3-14 business days
Europe: 2-7 business days
Asia: 3-14 business days
Rest of the World: 3-30 business days
14. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
15. How can I return my painting if I am dissatisfied?
In case of return, please contact us at registration@labergerart.com with the subject "Return" and include your order number, name and reason for return. (See also: Refund Policy)
*Please note that shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the buyer.

17. Where do you ship from?
Shipping (postage) is from my Artist Studio (headquarter) in Fertőszentmiklós or from Sopron (Hungary)
18. What is your return policy?
Our satisfaction guarantee is valid for 30 days from delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. In case of return, please send an email to registration@labergerart.com with the subject "Return" and include your order number, name and reason for return. (See also: Return Policy)
19. How do you ensure my painting won't be damaged during the shipping process?
- All painting reproductions are shipped carefully rolled up as canvas or poster, in a protective tube.
- Original paintings are shipped insured. See also: Shipping Information
20. How do you ship the paintings?
- For reproductions, we carefully roll up the canvas or poster, place it in a protective tube and ship it.
- Original paintings are shipped in a protective box, with insurance.
