Refund Policy

It is very rare that a painting you have ordered will disappoint you after you receive it. If so, return the painting for a 100% full refund. No questions asked.

Cancellation:

Order cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hours of placing your order by email to registration@labergerart.com.

Refund Policy:

• Return your order within 30 days of receipt.
• Choose between a free exchange (of the same value) or a full refund.

How to return your painting:

• Please send an email to registration@labergerart.com with the subject line "Return" and include your order number, name, and reason for return.
• Let us know if you would like a full refund or a free exchange (of the same value).
• Note: In case of free exchange, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Your request will be confirmed within 3 business days.
• You can return the painting with a tracking code.
• You will receive a full refund after receiving the intakt package.

Why refund requests are very rare:

• You can see several photos of each painting in our online store.
• We will only ship the painting if you approve it.
• A painting usually looks much better in reality than online.

Note: Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
