Shipping Information

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. - Personal pickup is possible after prior arrangement via email. 

We take 2-14 business days to process an order and have it shipped out. - Shipping Times: USA - Canada - Australia - New Zealand: 3-14 business days - Europe: 2-7 business days - Asia: 3-14 business days - Rest of the World : 3-30 business days

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available. (In some cases / depending on the country/, tracking information is unfortunately not available. We ask for your understanding.)

All our orders are sent out with Priority Insured Shipping - covers customer in case the product is lost, damaged or stolen during shipment. Please notify us via email and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (In case of loss of original painting: we will refund your money).

Since all paintings are shipped rolled, you can take the painting to a local framer who will stretch and frame it to your own taste.
